  • Make sure to register the title deed in the Land Registry! Registering the property with a regular title deed in the Land Registry is a basic guarantee for preserving your right to own property. So; Before proceeding with the completion of your real estate transaction, we advise you to make sure that the property title deed is duly recorded in the relevant departments.
  • Be sure that there is no foreclosure, foreclosure or forfeiture!
